About EduSpark

Built for Sri Lankan
students, by one of them

EduSpark is a free exam preparation platform designed to help O/L and A/L students study smarter โ€” not harder. No subscriptions, no barriers, just learning.

Quality exam prep should be free for every student

Sri Lankan students deserve access to the best exam preparation tools regardless of where they live or what school they attend. EduSpark was built from the ground up to remove cost as a barrier to quality education.

Core features โ€” browsing papers, attempting them, getting scored, reviewing explanations โ€” are free forever. No credit card, no trial period, no catch.

Free for Students โ€” Always

Studying for O/L and A/L is stressful enough. The core platform is permanently free for students, funded through teacher tools and advertising โ€” not student fees.

Built for Sri Lanka

Sinhala, Tamil and English language support. Local curriculum โ€” G.C.E. O/L, A/L, and Grade 5 Scholarship. Content by local teachers who know the syllabus.

๐Ÿ“–
Understanding Over Memorising

Every question includes a detailed explanation. We want students to understand why an answer is correct โ€” not just know what it is by rote.

Teachers as Partners

Teachers can create and distribute papers, track their students' results, and earn revenue through the Paper Marketplace โ€” EduSpark grows when educators grow.

One person. One goal. Better results for Sri Lankan students.

EduSpark started from a simple observation: great exam preparation tools existed, but none were built specifically for Sri Lankan students, in Sri Lankan languages, for the Sri Lankan curriculum.

This is a solo project, still in active development. The platform is being built carefully โ€” starting with practice papers, games, and teacher tools โ€” with the goal of becoming the go-to study platform for every student sitting O/L and A/L.
